Advanced Theater Workshop

Offered as a one or two-day a week intensive program, Advanced Theater Workshop takes previously learned skills to a more advanced level.  Students are encouraged to grow as an actor and as an individual in this supportive yet challenging atmosphere environment. Topics covered in the course include:

  • Monologues
  • Scene Study
  • Acting Technique
  • Improvisation
  • Group Voice
  • Music Theory
  • Theater History
  • Script and Character Analysis
  • Audition Technique/Auditions
  • Show Rehearsal and Production

Tuition includes between 50-60 Training Sessions (classes and rehearsals), as well as production fees for ALL shows in which the student is eligible to participate in (scripts and music, costumes, royalties, etc).

Intermediate - Advanced Jazz

For the experienced dancer interested in maintaining and improving their dance skills, this course is very high energy, fun, and challenging.  The class will focus on building strength, stamina, and fundamental dance skills, while exposing the student to various forms of dance.  Genres covered have included modern, Fosse, jazz typical of classic musical theater, and hip hop.

Intermediate - Advanced Ballet

This course is for the experienced dancer serious about ballet and interested in maintaining their ballet technique or challenging their dance skills.  The class will
focus on basic classical barre and center work to improve posture, increase strength, stamina, flexibility, and muscle tone; relieve aches and pains; and support relaxation and well-being.
